Warranty Information
The caddy and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty. Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty and can be registered online.
The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases and use in the United States. Contact the place of purchase or call 910-807-7928 for warranty issues. Provide proof of purchase for claims.
For diagnosed spare parts, we will send them with fitting instructions. Otherwise, we will collect, repair, and return the faulty product (in original packaging). You are liable for costs if the fault isn't covered. Repairs don't extend the original warranty.
These warranties are an extra benefit and don't affect your statutory rights. Warranties are non-transferable.
