Reporting Missing Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
Resolution: We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.

Returns: Accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Warranty and Returns Information
Warranties on Standard Products
- Warranty period: 60 days.
- Item MUST be returned in like-new condition (no creasing, rips, animal hair, etc.), properly packaged, and undamaged.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Return Instructions
- Include a written reason for the return along with your order number.
- When these conditions are met, the purchase price will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
Custom Orders
- Custom orders are warrantied for defects only and cannot be returned.
