At his headquarters in Milton, Wisconsin, Carl has created three cutting-edge hitting strips to meet players' needs. These 12" wide by 30" long strips seamlessly integrate with all sizes of Carl’s HotShot Hitting Mat and can also be used in other hitting mats or flooring systems around 1.75” tall.
If you're looking to replace a worn-out hitting area, you’re in the right place. No need to replace the entire mat—simply trace around the worn section, cut it out, and replace it with one of Carl’s durable hitting strips.
Carl’s Standard HotShot Golf Mat Strip
Don’t let the “standard” name fool you! This hitting strip is made from the same top-quality materials as the rest of Carl’s HotShot Hitting Mat. It’s soft and squishy, is the only strip that accepts real tees, and will definitely punish the distances on your chunked shots.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be processed the same day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

8. Delivery Issues

8.2 Damaged Packages
Reporting Damage:

9. Missing Items
Reporting Missing Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
Resolution: We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.
10. Return and Refund Policy
Returns: Accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs:

Carl's Place Return Policy
Carl's Place has a 30-day return policy on most items.
Some items are not returnable.
Some items are only returnable if unopened.
Some items follow a different timeline.
Please thoroughly inspect your items upon delivery. We want you to have ample opportunity to reach out for a solution if you are not fully satisfied.

Returns Inspection: All returns are expected to arrive in new and unused condition. Items are thoroughly inspected before exchanges or refunds are granted. If an item is received in a condition other than new and unused and is deemed suitable for discounted resale, as determined by Carl's Place, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Based on the return inspection, not all returned items will qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
