Standard Warranty Conditions
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the purchase date. This covers manufacturing defects during normal use. Damage from accidents, misuse, or commercial use is not covered.

Motocaddy batteries have a separate warranty:
Lead-acid battery: 12 months
Lithium battery: 24 months

The standard Motocaddy warranty applies only to purchases and usage within the United States. If you experience an issue within the warranty period, contact the place of purchase or call 910-807-7928. Proof of purchase is required for claims.

If a spare part is needed, it will be shipped with fitting instructions. Otherwise, the product will be collected, repaired, and returned in its original packaging. If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer will bear costs for courier, admin fees, parts, and labor.

Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period. These warranties are an additional benefit and do not affect statutory consumer rights. Warranties are non-transferable.

Motocaddy Lithium Warranty (Valid from 01/01/17)
Motocaddy Lithium batteries and chargers come with a 24-month warranty from the purchase date. Additionally, a 5-year warranty (3 extra years) is available for the battery (excluding the charger), provided it is registered online within 45 days of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage from misuse, abuse, or commercial use. Motocaddy guarantees that all LiFePO4 Lithium batteries will retain 75% of their original rated capacity (Wh).

Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty. Proof of purchase may be required. Depending on location, shipping charges may apply for replacement batteries.

Motocaddy Accessories & Bag Warranty
Motocaddy accessories and bags come with a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. This covers manufacturing defects during normal use. Damage from accidents, misuse, or commercial use is not covered.

If an issue arises within the warranty period, contact the place of purchase or call Motocaddy directly. Proof of purchase is required for claims. Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.golfsimulatordepot.com, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging, along with the completed returns form for a refund.
Upon receiving the item in unused and saleable condition, Motocaddy will issue a full refund. This does not affect statutory rights.

Cancellations
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may inspect the product but not use it. To cancel an order, return it within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging.
If the order has already been shipped, you are responsible for returning it at your own cost and risk. Items showing signs of use may not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter). Phone cancellations are not accepted.

By Post or Courier
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless Motocaddy made an error. For safety, use a signed-for or tracked delivery method.
If a returned item is not received, proof of postage will be required. Motocaddy is not responsible for missing parcels. If proof of postage cannot be provided, a refund may be refused.
If you received an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, contact support@golfsimulatordepot.com before returning it.

Refunds
All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Purchases Under 30 Days
Motocaddy may arrange collection and inspection. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a like-for-like replacement will be provided.

Purchases Over 30 Days
Motocaddy will diagnose the issue and either:
Send a replacement part
Recommend a local service agent
Collect and inspect the product
If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault, Motocaddy will repair, replace, or offer a like-for-like replacement. If no fault is found, the item may be returned.

For accidental damage or non-warranty issues, repairs may be offered at a cost, with a quote provided beforehand.
