Return Process

As the leading curator of golf training aids, we want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 45-Day Improvement Guarantee. If the product you purchased does not help improve your game within 45 days, you can return it for a full refund.

• We offer a 45-day Improvement Guarantee.
• We ask for feedback on returns to better understand your experience.
• If more than 45 days have passed since delivery, we reserve the right to decline the return.
• Products returned in like-new condition with original packaging will receive full credit for the product price, minus shipping costs.
• Products not returned in like-new condition with packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Acknowledgment

• Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirmation.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
• If a restocking fee is applied, we will notify you personally with an explanation.

Exchanges

• We will gladly exchange an item if it is defective or damaged.
• If you ordered the wrong size or style, we will exchange your product.
• If the incorrect size or style was ordered based on a clear product listing, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
• If the product listing was unclear, we will replace your item at no charge and provide a return shipping label.
