Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be processed the same day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

8.2 Damaged Packages
Reporting Damage:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.

9. Missing Items
Reporting Missing Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
Resolution: We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.
10. Return and Refund Policy
Returns: Accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.

BenQ Product Returns & Warranty (USA)
Returns Policy

Return window: BenQ items can be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

Damaged on arrival (DOA on delivery): If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 5 business days to qualify for a full refund.

Returns for non-damaged items: Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and materials included. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply.

Missing items or customer-caused damage: Additional charges may apply if anything is missing (e.g., remote control) or if damage was not caused by BenQ or the carrier.
BenQ America Corp. – End User Limited Warranty (Digital Projectors)

Who and where it applies: For BenQ Digital Projectors purchased from the BenQ online store or an authorized U.S. retailer on or after May 1, 2010, and used in the continental U.S., Hawaii, or Alaska under normal consumer conditions.

What BenQ will do: If a defect in materials or workmanship appears during the warranty period, BenQ will repair or replace the unit at its discretion. Service may use new or refurbished parts or an equivalent model.
Standard Projector Warranty

3 years parts and labor to the original retail purchaser (no advance replacement).

Lamp Coverage

Pre-installed lamp (new units): 1 year or 2,000 hours (whichever occurs first).

Out of warranty: Customer covers return shipping and any repair fees; BenQ pays to ship the product back to you.

DOA (Dead on Arrival): Must be reported within 30 days of purchase. An RMA number is required; BenQ will replace the DOA unit with a brand-new projector and cover freight both ways.

Shipping damage: Report all shipping damage within 7 business days of receipt. BenQ is not responsible for shipping damage reported after this window.

Repaired/replaced items: Any repaired or replaced product/part is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
Depot Service (Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska)

Availability: Depot service applies to products located in the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska.

Troubleshooting & RMA: BenQ will attempt phone troubleshooting first. If needed, BenQ issues an RMA (valid 30 days).

Return shipping to BenQ/ASP: Follow BenQ’s directions. Unless otherwise instructed, you must prepay any shipping, export taxes, duties, and related transportation charges, and you are responsible for insurance and risk of loss during transit.

Packaging & documentation: Return the product with (i) original shipping/packaging, (ii) a problem description, and (iii) proof of purchase. Print the RMA on the packing slip and the outside of the carton. Use secure packaging.

Right to refuse: BenQ/Authorized Service Providers may refuse and return freight-collect any (i) non-warranty product, (ii) “no trouble found” items, or (iii) returns with an expired RMA.

Turnaround & return shipping: BenQ/ASP aims to service units within 30 days of warehouse receipt. For returns, they pay shipping and hold risk of loss until delivery to the single U.S. address you designate (continental U.S., Hawaii, or Alaska). They are not responsible for delays beyond their control.
Note: “RMA & Shipping” and “Depot Service” describe different scenarios; follow BenQ’s instructions for your specific case.
Exclusions (What Isn’t Covered)

No coverage for normal wear and tear; misuse, abuse, negligence, or use outside normal intended purposes; non-BenQ parts or accessories; modifications or unauthorized repairs; poor packing/transport when returning the product; incorrect installation of third-party products; improper environment (e.g., temperature/humidity outside specs); electrical issues (surges, fluctuations), lightning, static, fire, or other acts of God.

Your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement as provided above. If BenQ is found liable despite these limits, its liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BenQ or an authorized reseller for the product.
