The Pro Package is a one-time purchase — no ongoing subscription required. After purchase, you’ll receive an activation code via email. Simply add it to your Mevo+ through the FS Golf app, and it will remain linked for the lifetime of your unit.
Does the Pro Package include additional golf courses?
No, the Pro Package does not include extra golf courses. However, it unlocks advanced data parameters that enhance performance insights across all FlightScope simulation platforms.
Can I buy the Pro Package later after purchasing Mevo+?
Yes! You can add the Pro Package to your Mevo+ at any time. Once activated, it stays connected to your device permanently.
What’s included in the Pro Package?
The Pro Package unlocks 11 advanced data parameters, including Face to Path, Face to Target, Dynamic Loft, Club Path, Vertical Swing Plane, Horizontal Swing Plane, Low Point, Vertical Descent Angle, Curve, Club Speed Profile, and Club Acceleration Profile.
It also includes FS Golf PC 2.0, Trajectory Optimizer (iOS only), and Environmental Optimizer.
Will all apps show the Pro Package data?
While third-party apps may not display every data parameter, all features are fully accessible through the FS Golf App.
Is FS Golf PC 2.0 included with the purchase?
Yes, the FS Golf PC 2.0 software is included at no additional cost with your Pro Package purchase.
Are the additional data parameters available for chipping too?
Yes! The 11 advanced data parameters apply to both full swing and chipping sessions for complete performance tracking.
Can I add the Pro Package to a regular Mevo?
No. The Pro Package is exclusive to Mevo+ users and is not compatible with the standard Mevo model.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be processed the same day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

8.2 Damaged Packages

9. Missing Items
Reporting Missing Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
Resolution: We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.
10. Return and Refund Policy
Returns: Accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs:

This policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale applying to the online sale of all Products (as defined) of FlightScope Golf LLC (FlightScope) to any customer (the Customer) on the flightscope.com website (the Site).

Products purchased from other authorized distributors and resellers and not from the Site may have different return policies and procedures.

FlightScope reserves the right to modify the return policy at any time without notice. Any such changes will apply to all new orders.

Returns
Customer may return the Product after delivery in accordance with this Return Policy as follows:

To qualify for a refund, Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, Mevo+ Products purchased on a promotional discount on or after September 15, 2025, must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Sales of software licenses and service subscriptions are non-returnable and non-refundable. This differs from our return policy for physical products.

Before returning the Product, Customer must contact FlightScope Support at customercare@flightscope.com to obtain a return authorization number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For those eligible for returns within the USA, FlightScope may provide return shipping labels, subject to the cost of return shipping, along with any additional fees, being deducted from the refund amount.

FlightScope will refund the order amount and, if applicable, the shipping costs paid on your behalf for original FlightScope products. However, returns of third-party simulator items are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee, which will be withheld from the refund.

Customer must return the Product in the same condition as on the date of purchase, undamaged and unused, in its original packaging, including all accessories and printed materials. FlightScope reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse to refund a Product that has not been returned in this condition.

Should a refund request be denied for a valid reason the Product will be returned to Customer as received at Customer’s cost.

FlightScope will process refund claims without unreasonable delay. Refunds will not be paid if the returned items have not been received by FlightScope. Customer acknowledges and agrees that processing of a refund claim involves the physical return of the Product, the assessment of the returned Product, administrative steps, and banking transactions, which will take some time to complete.
