Warranty Policy

We offer a 250,000 shots or 3-year warranty on nets, whichever comes first. All of our nets have a modular design, allowing us to quickly and easily provide specific replacement parts necessary to resolve any issues.

Golf simulator screens are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

To Obtain Warranty Service:

You will need to provide us with:

Proof of purchase
A description of the defect
Photographs or other evidence of the defect (if requested)

We will then evaluate the claim and determine whether it is covered by this limited warranty.
