The SportScreen is manufactured with durability and quality in mind. Designed & tested in the harsh Canadian weather, The SportScreen can withstand sun, rain, snow, and the cold. Used by N.H.L. pros and amateur hockey players – The SportScreen is The Ultimate Home Training Zone.

Warranty Information

The SportScreen and The SportScreen Golf Studio have a limited manufacturer defect warranty of 2 years from the date of original consumer purchase. Proof of original receipt required along with photos of the defect(s). If it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, and subject to the limitations and conditions described below, The SportScreen will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the consumer. The warranty is subject to the following limitations and conditions:

  • A bill of sale verifying the consumer purchase and purchase date must be provided.
  • This warranty will not apply to any product or part thereof which is not working, broken, or has become inoperative due to abuse, misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or lack of proper installation, operation, or maintenance.
  • It does not apply to products used for industrial, professional, commercial, or rental purposes.
  • It does not cover normal wear and tear or expendable parts that become inoperative after a reasonable period of use.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations will void the warranty.
  • Products sold as reconditioned or refurbished are not covered under this warranty unless otherwise specified.
  • Damage to the exterior finish, such as scratches, dents, paint chips, corrosion, or discoloration due to heat, abrasive, or chemical cleaners, is not covered.
  • Component parts sold by another company will be covered under that manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Additional Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Neither the retailer nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages.
  • The warranty for the SportScreen Golf Studio is applicable only when a SportScreen Golf Studio Impact Screen is used or if purchased through an authorized distributor.
  • The SportScreen is meant for hockey, baseball, and lacrosse. If used for golf, the warranty no longer applies.
  • Impact screens are not included in our warranty. Approved impact screens have a 2-year manufacturer defect warranty and an Impact Screen Wear and Tear Loyalty Warranty, which offers replacement impact screens at a 20% discount off MSRP.
  • To qualify for this warranty, customers must register their warranty, provide photos of the impact screen for verification, and proof of purchase.
  • The SportScreen is designed for indoor and outdoor use, but the SportScreen Golf Studio is for indoor use only. If installed outdoors, its warranty will be void.
  • For Build A Studio purchases, there is a limited 60-day warranty on individual components, provided they have not been modified or subjected to DIY alterations.
  • Custom-parted components are non-refundable.

Notice to Consumer

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by province or state. The provisions in this warranty are not intended to limit or exclude any statutory warranties under applicable law.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At Golf Simulator Depot, we prioritize customer satisfaction and accept returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • No returns on custom SportScreens: Customized SportScreens are ineligible for return.
  • Shipping charges, including brokerage fees, customs fees, and taxes, are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • A 4% administration fee applies to refunds for products canceled before shipping.
  • A 35% restocking fee applies to returned products. A refund of 65% of the product value will be issued once the product is received, reviewed, and approved at our facility.
  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning products, including shipping charges, brokerage fees, taxes, and customs fees.
  • The SportScreen is not responsible for incorrectly sized units due to improper measurement verification. Any returns or exchange requests are subject to a 35% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM:

  • Customers should check the quality and quantity of the product against the invoice before accepting the package.
  • If there is any discrepancy, please leave a suitable remark at the time of receipt.
  • If the product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was sent, contact Golf Simulator Depot at support@golfsimulatordepot.com.
