Warranty

Thank you for choosing Golf Simulator Depot. We take great pride in our products and want to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience with them.

Our products are designed to provide years of reliable use, but in the unlikely event that you experience a problem, we stand behind our products with the following warranty policy:

Netting Warranty:

  • The Spornia Golf netting warranty is for 60 days.
  • The warranty covers tears in the netting that occur under normal use and care.
  • If the netting becomes torn or damaged due to a manufacturing defect or material failure within the first 30 days of ownership, please contact us for a warranty claim.

Frame Warranty:

  • The Spornia Golf frame warranty is for one year.
  • The warranty covers frame parts that break due to manufacturing defects or material failure.
  • This warranty does not cover frame parts that are twisted or damaged due to customer misuse or exposure to weather conditions.
  • If your Spornia Net is found to be defective within the warranty period, please contact us for a warranty claim.
  • If the damage is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion, free of charge.
  • If a repair is necessary, we will cover the costs of parts and labor.

Please note that all warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the product to determine if it is covered under warranty.

Exclusions:

  • This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by cut or scuffed golf balls, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • It also does not cover damage caused by improper installation or assembly, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Weather-related damage, including wind, sun, snow, falling branches, hail, and lightning, is not covered.
  • Broken windows, wall damage, TVs, computers, or any property damage caused by a ball going through a net is not covered under this warranty.

Our Return Policy

At Golf Simulator Depot, we know that life happens. While it’s our intention that every customer who orders from our website is fully satisfied with their order, if for any reason you decide to return your order, we’ll be happy to work with you to process the return.

We offer a hassle-free 30-Day Return Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for any reason, they may do so within 30 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, but can take advantage of our discounted rates. Return requests submitted beyond the 30-day mark will not be considered.

Return Process:

  • Customers may contact support@golfsimulatordepot.com to confirm eligibility for return.
  • We will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, include all parts and components, and be free of damage.
  • If a return is accepted that does not meet these guidelines, a restocking fee up to 15% may apply.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • The restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Products eligible for return/exchange must be:

  • Like-new and undamaged.
  • In original product packaging and include all accessories.
  • For technology returns (e.g., launch monitors or projectors), all items must be undamaged and unregistered.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival:

  • If a product is damaged upon arrival, you must note it immediately when signing for delivery.
  • Send photos of the damage to support@golfsimulatordepot.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Spornia will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
  • We will ensure you receive the correct, undamaged product as soon as possible.
  • Note: Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable.

Damages:

  • If a product is damaged, it must be noted immediately upon delivery.
  • Send photos of the damage to support@golfsimulatordepot.com on the day of delivery.
  • Spornia will cover shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
  • Keep all original packaging for items that need to be returned.
  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service department.
  • Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
  • Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
