Warranty, Return, and Refund Policy

The Scope of This Warranty

This Warranty Policy applies only to buyers that purchase products directly from Golfjoy or a Golfjoy authorized reseller. The warranties herein are not transferable.

Equipment Warranty

Golfjoy warrants for 12 months from delivery that all new or refurbished equipment, hardware, and accessories will conform to Golfjoy’s published specifications and be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. The applicable period for a product is referred to as the “Warranty Period.”

Peripherals Warranty

Golfjoy warrants that replaceable peripheral items or consumables used with the equipment, such as batteries or flash units, will conform to Golfjoy’s published specifications and be free from defects in workmanship and materials at the time of shipment.

Software Warranty

Golfjoy warrants for 12 months from delivery that base-level software included with launch monitors will perform substantially in accordance with Golfjoy’s published specifications and accompanying documentation under normal use and maintenance. Any add-on software, third-party software, and pre-release versions are supplied “as is” without condition or warranty of any kind.

Third-Party Products

Golfjoy does not support or make any warranties about third-party products. When purchasing a third-party product through Golfjoy, the purchase is governed by the third-party’s contract terms. Warranty claims must be made directly to the third-party manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidents, disasters, or force majeure events.
  • Negligent storage or handling.
  • Failure to comply with instructions, manuals, or operating guidelines.
  • Failure to maintain environmental conditions as recommended by Golfjoy.
  • External causes such as power failures, electrical surges, RF or magnetic interference, or HVAC failures.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or misuse.
  • Combining Golfjoy’s products with incompatible third-party components.
  • Software malfunctions due to viruses, malware, or network incompatibility.

Golfjoy will determine if the warranty exclusions apply at its sole discretion.

Warranty Services and Procedure

  • Notify Golfjoy of any issues before the warranty period ends.
  • Troubleshooting with a Golfjoy support team member is required before initiating a warranty return.
  • If a return is authorized, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be issued.
  • Goods must be shipped at Golfjoy’s expense within 15 days of receiving an RGA number.
  • Repairs or replacements will be performed during Golfjoy’s local business hours.
  • After a repair or replacement is received, the customer has 10 days to report defects.

Disclaimer

All warranties are provided exclusively to the original buyer. No implied statutory warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply. No employee or agent of Golfjoy is authorized to provide any additional warranties.

Your Remedies

If a warranty issue occurs, Golfjoy will attempt to repair the product. If unsuccessful, Golfjoy will provide either:

  • A replacement product (new or used), upon return of the defective item.
  • A refund, depreciated in accordance with standard accounting principles.

Review of This Warranty

Golfjoy may update this warranty policy as needed. The applicable terms are those posted on the website at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from receipt.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags and original packaging.
  • Customers must use a shipping method with tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Damage or loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

General Return Process

  • Initiate a return: Email support@golfsimulatordepot.com with photos/videos and order number. We will determine eligibility within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Refund or exchange: Once received and inspected (within 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund or replacement.

Return Charges

  • If the return is due to Golfjoy’s error (incorrect product, quality issues), a full refund will be issued.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s issue (change of mind, incorrect order), the buyer covers return shipping.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 3 days, check with your bank or credit card company.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations follow the 30-day return policy and may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
